Angharad - full profile
Introduction
Angharad, or Angh as she is known to her friends, has come on in leaps and bounds since her arrival. She is super to handle and is now ready to go out to a new home where she can learn about life. She approaches all her tasks with confidence including, meeting the vet and farrier and is excellent to catch, lead and groom making her suitable to be handled by a variety of people. She has the potential to be backed to ride when old enough, but due to her conformation this means that she will only be suitable to hack. Angh has a predicted adult height of approximately 14hh. She is incredibly sociable so we would love to find a home where Angh can interact with equine and human friends alike. Please be aware that Angharad will have a maximum rider weight limit of 9 1/2 stone.
Temperament
She has a quiet temperament, is good to handle and loves company.
History
Angharad arrived at Glenda Spooner Farm in December 2015 with a very large group of horses, including her mother. They were all in very poor condition with over grown feet.
