Ant is ready to find a new home as a youngster for handling. He came to Penny Farm completely unhandled and terrified of any human interaction. He has undergone intense handling and has turned into a sweet, friendly little pony. He is still a little wary, and requires quiet and calm handling. He prefers one to one handling rather than several people near him. He is good for the vet and farrier if they are calm and patient with him. Ant is currently living out over night and comes in during the day to be groomed. He benefits from being in a routine so that his handling is kept consistent. He doesn't like being left on his own. Ant has the potential when old enough to become a little lead rein pony. We estimate that he will mature at approximately 11HH. If you can offer Ant a home, please apply online.
Ant is a very sweet natured little pony.
Ant came into Penny Farm as part of a large welfare case. He was unhandled on arrival and very scared.
