Tonic is looking for a new home as a non-ridden companion. Having spent many years out on loan in a wonderful home, she recently returned to us with another World Horse Welfare pony. She loves company and has made a great friend to other mares for many years. She doesn't like being on her own so if you have more than one horse then that would be perfect or a permanent companion. Tonic has previously done a little low level horse agility at the farm and also been for walks in hand with a previous rehomer which she really enjoyed. Tonic will need to have her grazing restricted to prevent laminitis and obesity but could live out 24/7.
Good to handle in and out of the stable. Would benefit from a competent handler for situations such as vet visits as she does worry. Very good companion to others but cannot be left on her own.
Tonic originally came to World Horse Welfare back in 2000. She has been rehomed previously and only returned from her last home after 8 years, due to a change in her rehomers circumstances.
