Susie is looking for a quiet non ridden companion home where she can settle in to a new life with one or more equine friends. Susie thrives in a routine so we would like her to find a home with someone who has a little time to dedicate to her each day and can give her the attention she adores. She currently lives with mares but has lived with a gelding in her previous home. If another horse was ridden, Susie could potentially stay on her own for short periods if this was introduced gradually. She likes to be out in the field but could be stabled part time if this was part of a routine. Susie wears a rug in winter if the weather is cold or very wet.
Very sweet temperament. Would suit a rehomer who is used to handling big horses.
Susie came in to the farm in February 2019 with her equine friend Joey. Sadly their owner had died and they were signed over as a legacy.
