Betsy - full profile

Betsy is looking for a quiet home with an experienced person who is looking to build a bond and potentially back her in the future. When Betsy came in to us she was in foal, in poor condition and unhandled. Since then she has been introduced to basic tasks with a calm approach and once her foal, Meri was weaned, she continued her education. Betsy is a kind, inquisitive mare who would thrive in a home where she can be given time to settle in, and a good routine with consistent handling. Please be aware that Betsy will have a maximum rider weight limit of 8 1/2 to 9 stone.

Very sweet, quiet mare who likes a calm, understanding handler

Betsy came in to our care in August 2017 with several other mares due to their elderly owners ill health. She was in foal at the time and had a filly called Meri in May 2018.
