Chester Rehomed

Chester is a handsome boy and is ready to be rehomed as a project. He currently lives out 24/7 on restricted grazing but is happy to be left alone when others are being worked. Chester has a kind disposition and always eager to please. As part of his rehabilitation he has learnt to wear a roller, go on the horse walker and is and is lunging happily from his head collar. He is responsive to the voice and forward going in all three gaits. We are looking for a home with someone who has experience in bringing on young horses and has plenty of time to spend building a bond with Chester with the aim, in the future, of him becoming a ridden horse. Please be aware that Chester has a maximum rider weight limit of 8 1/2 stone.

Very sweet but needs quiet handling

Chester came in to the centre in October 2017 with two other horses when their owner was no longer able to care for them.
