Plum is a very sweet, polite chap who is good to handle in all ways and is looking for a home with somebody who can continue his education. Since his arrival as an unhandled, entire, fresh from Bodmin Moor, he has learnt to trust people and has established all of his basic handling and groundwork skills. Despite his feral start, he has a very sensible head on young shoulders and has the potential to one day be backed as a ridden pony. Plum can be very timid when he first meets you, but a pony nut or two usually wins him round! He is very easy to have around and will quite happily stand in a stable or field on his own whilst another horse is ridden out. If you think you can offer Plum a home and would like to continue to see his personality flourish then please apply online today.
He is very sweet, but requires a quiet handler to help to build trust and confidence.
Plum arrived at Glenda Spooner Farm in September 2016 with other ponies from Bodmin Moor. He was unhandled and entire.
