Dennis - full profile

Dennis Rehomed

Dennis is a very experienced pony who has been there, done it and got the t-shirt.Dennis has participated in all Pony Club activities including mounted games, show jumping and cross country jumping. He will hack out and is good in traffic too. Dennis is an adorable pony and we hope that we can find him a fun home so that he can carry on having adventures. Due to Dennis age we are rehoming him as a lead rein pony he would be a fantastic pony for a small child to learn to ride on walking/trotting. Dennis can be lead from a bigger horse. He can carry a maximum of 36 kilos including saddle and is currently long-reining around the farm to maintain his muscle. Dennis has suffered from a check ligament injury previously and consequently his ridden work will need to be carefully managed. Additionally, he will need restricted grazing in the summer as he is prone to laminitis.

He is good to do in all ways.

Dennis came into our care following concerns for his welfare.
