When Beau arrived at Belwade as a two-year old, she was very nervous as she had been unhandled for most of her young life. With time and patience, her groom has done a super job and Beau`s confidence has improved tremendously. Beau has had regular handling and is good to do in all ways. She is a sociable little pony and will required a home where she has company. Beau lives out full time but, because of her type, she is likely to need her diet managed to prevent her from gaining too much weight. Beau can not be ridden/driven due to her conformation.
Beau arrived with a group of other mares following after they had been removed following concerns for their welfare. On arrival she was very nervous and resistant to handling.
